I placed an order, now what?

We do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can. As a small business though, we do have a turnaround. For dried flowers you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 days. For fresh flowers you can expect to wait 2-3 business days. We will always send a text to the phone number provided at checkout within 48 hours to confirm pickup/delivery. We truly appreciate your patience and support!

How should I care for my flowers?

What is your average price for weddings?

It’s very hard to say what an average price for an event is when everyone’s wants and needs are different. However, we are happy to assist you with finding the right balance to fit your needs and investment level. Contact Us for a more accurate proposal.

Do you offer packages for events?

We do not offer any packages for events. We create custom proposals for each event we do. If you’re interested in booking us for your next event then please contact us. However, to get pricing for arrangements then please visit our shop.


What’s your process to hire you for my wedding?

The best way to reach us for your wedding is through email with details about your event (sending inspo photos helps a lot!). From there, give us up to 48 hours to reach back and we will schedule an initial phone call to talk to over all the floral details. After our phone call you can expect a custom proposal within 5-days. To officially secure us as your florist, we will need a 25% deposit and a signed contract.

Do you offer pick up?

Pick up is located in Doral. For safety reasons, we only give the full address once the purchase is made.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes we do! We offer delivery throughout South Florida.

Do you offer shipping out of state?

Unfortunately we do not, flowers & vases are too fragile and get damaged through shipment. We found that shipping would be too costly when we package things safely.

What’s your return/refund policy?

Everything from Sam’s Blooms is handmade and carefully curated. However, if you’re unhappy with a purchase please email us and we will offer credit towards your next purchase.
